about limited
editions
The term "limited" is used in a lot of occasions.
Usually it means that an artist or label has decided
to produce a limited amount of copies. After the
edition is sold out there are no further copies available.
You may have noticed that the term "limited" is not
mentioned here anywhere. But why talking about
"111 copies"?
In order to produce a CD one has to define an amount of
copies which have to be payed in advance. Because I am a simple
student who spends the most of his money on synthesizers I
cannot affort a larger edition. After the first 111 copies are gone
there MAY be another edition featuring the same CD.
Please notice that the special digipack won´t be reprinted.
The next edition (if ever to be made) definetly will feature
a different artwork.
